It's always a great pleasure to stay at the St Giles Hotel in Norwich. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it almost feels like home as we've returned several times. The Georgian Suite was fabulous; great standalone bath and large shower with good amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the room fan was super quiet and effective in the hot weather. Breakfast offers a varied selection and uses local produce - hard to resist the full English, but the avocado on sourdough is great too. Parking is a bonus, but we know how to find it now as it can be a challenge to find the first time you visit. Will be booking in again soon !

The location of the property was ideal, close to everything,yet on a quiet street. The rooms were big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both hot from a menue and continental. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Norwich.

The hotel and its bar and restaurant all have an Irish flavour. Our welcome was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, although the ancient wardrobe's lock needed understanding. We did have some trouble with the shower doors. Breakfasts were excellent. The croissants were top=class. We decided to eat our evening meals in the restaurant and can report that the menu was varied and the food and service top quality.
