"Had to drag luggage over stoned ground for quite a distance from airport to hotel. Room was excellent though. Very large shower. "

"awesome stay overall. only thing i would say is the staff is not well informed on the swiss travel pass information. the boat that stops at the hotel is covered by swiss travel pass however on arrival the staff told us it’s not covered causing us inconvenience. "

The breakfast was fantastic. Good choice of foods on the buffet and freshly cooked eggs to order.
