"The rooms were nice and I liked the floors very much. The only problem was no elevator to the upstairs so that was a issue for our older dog that can not climb very well. No breakfast either. But instead only the adults got a breakfast voucher from McDonald's right next door, but if you have kids it doesn't include them. All in all a 3 out of 5."

"We booked 2 rooms for two nights. The safes in both rooms were not working. We notified them right away. They couldn’t fix them on night one and they said they’d send maintenance asap at 9 am the next day. Checked with them again in morning and then told by 9:30 am maintenance would come. We waited. By 10:15 maintenance still didn’t arrive and we had to start our day. Communicated with hotel 4x. They have a policy that if they can’t make something wrong with room right, the first night is on them. To be reasonable I asked for only one room to get credit. Management confirmed our folio would be adjusted. When we came to check out, receptionist had a note on file that they wouldn’t honor their policy citing because I booked through third party. Deceptive practice. Rooms - beware walls are paper thin. We heard every conversation our neighbors were having, including at 2 am. Towels were like sand paper. Size and layout of room was good. Breakfast - just ok Fitness room - No dumbbells/weights. 3 machines. Water fountain on main floor broken. Free Shuttle to casino - nope. Upon check in told it’s only on Fridays and Saturdays. Disappointing stay."

"Oliver’s rooftop was horrible. Waitress took our drink order and never came back. 30 minutes later my husband went to the bar to get drink, only then did they bring what we ordered originally. Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own drinks, having raw steak and a waitress who never took care of us, we spoke with the manager again left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had cold beers and good food. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant."
