"Hard to review but here goes. We booked a year in advance as were attending a 4 day event. Arrived 1530 and no room available, was put in room on top floor, possibly staff accomodation. Socket hanging out of wall, view of wall not pool, bathroom in 2 inches of water as shower not level and didnt drain, no ventilation so smelt, no soap even. No lock on door! No appology, got moved 2 days later to good room 101 with kitchette and outdoor furniture. We didnt have time when we arrived to find...
