The staff are incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel truly special. The atmosphere, attention to detail and overall quality are exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!"

"From arrival to departing. Best service and experience with all the staff. Greeted with a smile, glass of juice. Front desk were very helpful on istanbul tours. Chose 3 tours were informative and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Catering team 10/10. The porter we had was the best always looking after us. Our cleaners cleaned our room spotless. Thanks to all at Titanic City Hotel Taksim Management and staff, we will be back again."

"There were no real amenities. It was a clean comfortable room, in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was a residential area, NOT a tourist destination. The staff were very helpful, professional and pleasant."
