"My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated. Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day. The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols, there was also a shaded area with tables and chairs to sit in the evening or when it was too hot."

"This is the place to be. Noteworthy and where you can chill out forgetting the rest of the world. Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. "Let’s begin by saying how beautiful this hotel is. You are literally close to everything. Second the staff is probably the best you will find at any Hotel. The level of comfort is second to none. If your from another planet you will feel at home there. Breakfast was excellent."

"Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out .
