The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. "The owners were VERY gracious and understanding even after my very late arrival. They offered me a choice of upgraded rooms and even an extra blanket for the chilly night. The views are amazing. The hotel is elevated and set back from the main road - there was no street noise. Breakfast was very impressive, including a choice of what seemed like 3 home-made jams. "
