"Das einzig positive ist die Lage des Hotels ansonsten habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt kam mir vor als hätte ich ein Hostel bzw Jugendherberge gebucht Ausstattung sehr alt Schimmlige Fugen in der Dusche Geschirr nach dem Frühstück mussten wir selbst abräumen Beim Frühstück wurde aus der leeren Schüssel die Garnitur mit bloßen Händen rausgenommene und in die neue Schüssel gelegt und nochmal ordentlich ausgekratzt und in die neue Schüssel rein…. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiter...

"Location is not particularly good unless you know Dresden and it's transport system. The room was fine, Breakfast was plentiful, but I was slightly disappointed to be told it had finished at bang on 10.00."

"I loved the fact that it was a castle! Beautiful grounds and very very very stunning view of the Elbe River. But there were too many spiders 🕷️. I realize it’s a castle but spraying needs to be done or if nothing else a look at the room beforehand would have notified the staff that there were 4 spiders in our room. And they were alive!"

"Die Unterkunft und der Vermieter hat zu uns gepasst. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und das war in dieser Gegend nicht so passend (sehr wenige Radwege). Aber auch ohne Fahrräder konnte man genug unternehmen. So war es eine gelungene Urlaubswoche."

"I was in for a treat when I booked this hotel. I was just looking for a place to stay in Dresden for one night, close by the railway station, but my expectations were exceeded! I got a very spacious room, clean, everything there what I needed. I booked it with breakfast - and it was surely one of the best I got in the last years. If you are can find something missing on that buffet, it must be really special. Sooo many options. You can also tell that the hotel is run by someone who cares. It seems that all staff knew what they were doing, everyone friendly, welcoming. The interior is a bit more on the classic side, all well maintained, but not like big chains with corporate design rolled out to all hotels. So the place is special. Next time in Dresden I will book this again. 100%"

"Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station."
