The only down side is that it's only accessible from Lakeshore Rd, which means if there's any traffic, you're stuck."

"Perfect location for a walkable downtown and close to waterfront. This apt. was very spacious and quiet, only one neighboring apt. It has a designated parking space out front. The kitchen is extra spacious and equipped to make meals. We would stay again if visiting the area. "
