"Oh I I come with my 2 year old boy fo weekend stays as I love the hotel staff location etc but I had an adult stay I had people in the next room banging all night loud tv and all sorts of horrible noises all night untill 4-5 am my baby was finding it hard to sleep also, I didn’t go to reception as I had my 2 year old with me and didn’t want to cause any situations, very upset it totally ruined my weekend with my son"
