"Good budget hotel providing just the basics at a good price for a major city It is very near to the station and central shopping area. However it is located on busy street over a pub and is therefore inclined to be noisey at night. The staff were freindly and helpful and I would use it again."

Quiet and comfortable

"Nice comfortable and quiet hotel in the centre of Cardiff ideally place for some shopping, bars and visiting the museum. Very nice spa and pool. Our room was directly opposite so bars and a night club which was a bit concerning, however, we didn’t hear a thing, room widows very well insulated. Parking expensive at £32.50 in the NCP directly opposite the hotel for 24 hours, but you do get a 25% reduction from reception. "

Perfect stay

"Everything was perfect. Everything was just so slick from check in to the bar to breakfast which was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The host at breakfast was lovely and that pancake machine was something else! Cannot wait to come back The room was absolutely stunning. "
