"Expedia took full payment in Sep25. I arrived at hotel. Hotel had no record of the booking and stated it does not deal with Expedia as it scams people. Hotel offered no assistance. Hung up. Expedia is not contactable."

"Made the mistake of booking this through Expedia, which sources the ratings from other sites. It was listed as a 7.2, and the photos are beautiful. BE WARNED ... the photos are polished and from long ago. All of the furniture is flimsy and damaged/stained/rough shape from IKEA and NOT CLEANED.
From piles of dust on the headboards and black mold in the shower, to dirty dishes and stains on EVERYTHING. Expedia was not ambitious in customer care, and the company that runs this place refused to...
