This hotel is different from a traditional hotel. Modern yet not too out there. Lots of young folks around since part of the facility is also a student housing. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Location is great too.

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. Great hotel. Well located esp if walking to Kelvingrove & to city center.

Basically all was excellent but toilet was not cleaned one day. Very nice room but public areas need facelift. Location 6 stars.

Most helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. My waiters were excellent. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Convenient to most of the area we went to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious room and bath. Meets all American standards of a 4 star hotel. Pretty good for a chain hotel.

Good hotel with good service. Breakfast is fresh and of good quality. It can be busy in the breakfast area at peak times (between 9 and 10 am)

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. Right near the venue looks new and artsy

We arrived after a long transatlantic flight and requested an early check-in. No hotel will guarantee this but the Hilton staff worked hard to accomodate us. It was wonderful and much appreciated. It is an easy walk into central Glasgow. Staff were universally pleasant and helpful. Food in the relaxed bar and restaurant areas was excellent and we especially enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. The Hilton is now our go to hotel in Glasgow.

Clean room and comfortable beds

Food great, advertised 24 hr room service that did not exist. Short on staff the whole stay. However restaurant very helpful on providing trays etc for u to go get your food. Id still recommend staying there the location for the price cant be beat
