Seit ca 5 Jahren bin ich jedes Jahr einmal mindestens in Artic Hotel weil es in sehr zentraler Lage ist. Leider wird die versprochene Erneuerung der Möbel oder die Sanierung nicht wirklich eingehalten. Super personal!! Leider das Hotel muss endlich mal saniert werden.

very close to amenities

The hotel was opposite to the grand mosque which is of the main tourist points in Bursa. Also the bazar and market of gold were few meters away. Good service and friendly staff but old hotel

Otel, en merkezi, Ulu Camii karşısında ki iki otelden biri. Ulu Camii ve cadde manzarası çok güzel.Çarşının içindesiniz. Otelin çözmesi gereken eksikleri var. Banyo ısıtması, telefon hatları, rezervasyon takibi gibi.

Habe 1 Nacht übernachtet. Die Lage ist das einzig positive an diesem Hotel. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem gewesen. Das Bad war klein und nicht wirklich sauber. Aus der Handbrause fließt das Wasser in alle Richtungen. Beim Frühstück war das nötigste dabei. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in war sehr unfreundlich. Fazit: ich empfehle keinem hier zu übernachten. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett gebucht, habe eins nur mit Doppelbett bekommen. Trotz allem ist man mir nicht entgegen gekommen:(

While the staff was nice, it was really difficult to find this hotel. The address on expedia is incorrect. We woke up several times during the night because of how loud it was outside, and the ac unit was broken. The black olives were SWEET! :( The bathroom was small and cramped, and everything in this place was pretty old. Also, they have “free wifi” but its bad wifi and we ended up having to use data. Parking is a little far away, so you will have to walk to the hotel once having parked your car. On the upside.. there is a little store directly to the left of the entrance. If you have forgotten anything, you don’t have to walk far to resupply. Also the water in our room smelled weird. Like sulphur? Garlic? I’m not sure.. just, strange.

Otelin yeri çok merkezi, çarşıya, Koza Han ve Ulu camii nin çok yakınında..her yere yürüyerek gitmek gayet güzeldi, otel çok eski, kapım tam kapanmiyordu, geç saatte fark ettiğim için idare ettim..çarşaflar ve banyo temiz, sıcak su gayet iyi, genel olarak idare eder, uzun süreli değil ama 1-2 gecelik Bursa gezisi için tekrar düşünürüm.

Çalışmayan asansör nedeniyle konaklayamadık

Bir gecelik rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Otele gittiğimizde asansörün çalışmadığını öğrendik. Tekerlekli sandalye kullanmam dolayısıyla odaya çıkamadım ve otele yerleşemedik. Neyse ki hemen yakınında bulunan başka bir otele yönlerdirdiler ve para iadesini gerçekleştirdiler. Konukların mağdur olmaması adına otelin teknik bakımına özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor.

Bad breakfast

Location is great. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast was below par. Cucumbers were wrinkled with age and the watermelon was sour. The rest was also a disappointment.

좋은 위치. 가격대비 좋음

체크인 마감시간이 명시되지 않았는데 새벽 1시에 도착했더니 문이 잠겨 문을 두드린다음 열려서 체크인을 한 것 말고 모든점에서 가격대비 괜찮았던거 같다. 울루 자미 바로 맞은편이라 위치는 최고인것 같다.

場所がいいだけの宿

ともかく場所だけはいい。グランドモスクの真ん前で、路面電車の停留所も至近。どこへ行くにも便利です。ただし、壊れかけの鍵、うるさくて微調整のできないエアコン、水はけの悪いシャワーなど、設備は日本人にはつらいものがありました。
