Oda numaramızı söylediler kartımızı aldık odamıza çıktık. daha sonra odanın temizliği içimize sinmedi. odanın tamamında yerde saçlar vardı. yerler hiç silinmişe benzemiyordu konsol masa bunların üzerleri de temiz değildi. daha sonra durumu ilettik bize farklı bir oda verdiler. sıkıntımızı ilettikten sonra farklı bir oda vermeleri iyi bir şey ama farklı otellerde böyle bir durumla karşılaşsak ve bu durumu iletsek daha farklı yaklaşımlar alırdık çok beklediğimiz gibi bir konaklama olmadı.

Otelin konumu 5 yıldızdı. Anlaşmalı otoparkları çok yakındı, ücretsiz park ettik. Çalışanlar eşyalarımızı taşımaya yardım ettiler. Odalar küçük ama rahat ve temizdi. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey oda da mevcuttu. Kahvaltı çeşidi bol, kahvaltı saonu ve kullandığımız araç gereç temizdi. Kattaki tuvalete el yıkamak için uğradım, orası da temizdi. Çalışanlar hem saygılı hem yardım severdi. Oda hazır olunca arayıp bildirdiler. Hepsine çok teşekkür ederiz ben ve arkadaşlarım.

Buen desayuno, situación inmejorable, habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable… salvo el señor mayor de recepción que al parecer no será su época de amabilidad y para rematar al realizar el check out para ir al parking no me dice que el tiene la llave del coche.. con lo cual tuve que volver desde el parking ( no esta en el hotel)… y entonces si me dio la llave…. Una cosa quiero advertir a los usuarios del parking que se usa por parte de los clientes y otras personas en general…NO DEJEN LA LLAVE DE SU COCHE EN EL PARKING… el mismo día de llegada por la tarde fui a dejar una bolsa en el coche y este…. NO ESTABA EN EL PARKING… y además al retirarlo hoy observo que al nivel del combustible le falta 1/8 parte de como lo deje dos días antes… NO QUIERO DECIR CON ELLO QUE EL HOTEL SEA RESPONSABLE… pero si debería tener conocimiento de la práctica que utilizan en ese parking y tener otro concertado diferente al actual

La habitación era muy pequeña, las toallas eran tan viejas y estaban tan gastadas que apenas podias secarte. A tener en cuenta que la mezquita esta justo al lado y al amanecer llaman al rezo por lo que te despiertan sobre las 530/6 h. La ubicación excelente.

Hotel lokasyon olarak mükemmel konumda. Bursa’da görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Temizlik ve odalar çok mükemmeldi. Personelin yardımı da çok iyiydi. Sorularımıza çok detaylı şekilde bilgi verildi. Tavsiyeleri için teşekkürleri . Sadece sabah kahvaltısında sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Genel anlamda otel ve çalışanlar mükemmel.
