This hotel has fantastic location. O was staying in the 4th floor, so I have enjoyed fantastic from the windows. But the biggest advantage of the staff. All of them were superfrinendly and helpful. It is very nice to spend time in such places

Personale simpaticissimo e cordiale in una buona posizione della città. La camera proprio non va! Poca pulizia, moquette con molte macchie, lenzuola idem e bagno pessimo. Mi dispiace perchè i proprietari sono veramente brave persone

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü konaklama yeri. Otel diyemeyeceğim çünkü otel değil. Pansiyon bile olamaz bu haliyle. Odalarda tuvalet banyo yok. Odalarda sigara içilmiş berbat kokuyor. Hijyen yok. Tek kullanımlık terlik filan da yok, ortak kullanım plastik terlikler var. Ortak alanda 1 tuvalet var aynı zamanda içinde klozetin üstünde bir duş başlığı var sadece. Kağıt havlu,şampuan vs yok. Duş kabini yok. Odalar güvenli değil. Burası olsa olsa kimsenin uğramadığı bir köy çadırı olabilir.

İnternet üzerinden görüp rezervasyon yaptırdım ancak bu kadar kötü bir şey beklemezdim, arkadaşlar temizlik takıntınız varsa size göre hiç değil arabamla gelmiştim, keşke arabada uyusaydım diyecek duruma geldim. Kılıflar çok kötü banyo çok kötü kokuyordu havalandırma sistemi yetersizdi, ayrıca ilgilenen resepsiyonlar aşırı ilgisizdi rezevervasyonum oldugu halde kapının basında 15 dk kapının açıkmasını beklemişimdir. Çok çok zorda kalmadıgınız sürece tavsiye etmem.

Odaya saat 3 sularında çıktım temizlenmemişti henüz yerde alkol şişelerinin olduğu poşet vardı. Oda bira ve izmarit kokuyodu.Temizlendikten sonra girdiğimde odada sigara içilmez kuralı varken yatağın yanında kirli küllük vardı.

This is the most TERRIBLE hotel!

Это худший отель во всем Мире. Номера прокуренные, грязные. Персонал - хамит и грубит. Мало того, что отель просто ужасный, так еще и требовали дополнительно оплатить постельное белье, воду, и дополнительного человека. Я заплатил за размещение в 4-х местном номере, нас было двое, а решепшн просил еще и за второго человека доплатить, причем сумма была совершенно некорректная, просто КОШМАР, а не отель! Никому не рекомендую! This is the worst hotel in the whole world. The rooms are smoky, dirty. The staff is rude and rude. Not only is the hotel just terrible, but they also demanded to pay extra for bed linen, water, and an extra person. I paid for accommodation in a 4-bed room, there were two of us, and the decision asked me to pay extra for the second person, and the amount was completely incorrect, just a NIGHTMARE, not a hotel! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Çalışanların üslubu, ücreti online ödenmesine rağmen bizde öyle bir şey gözükmüyor diye beni zor duruma düşürmeleri, müşteri olduğumu unutup gayet ters ve kaba konuşmaları, en sonunda bir oda vermeleri odanında vasat bir yer çıkması. Hijyen sıfır tek iyi yani klimanın çalışması oldu sadece uyumak için kullandım başka bir faydası olmadı.
