This is an historic building within the ancient walls of the city. Therefore, driving there can be difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been modernized, but the rooms are old and historic.

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. It would have been a majestic building back in the day, but for modern day comfort, it has some work to do. I can totally understand people coming here for nostalgic reasons, but the bed amongst other facilities are quite dated. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the parking for the hotel which is literally in a narrow alley (with extremely limited spaces) is quite challenging.

oteli tavsiye uzerine secip gittik genel anlamda memnun kaldik ancak otopark ve sokaga arac girişi sorununu çözmeleri gerek navigasyon sizi cikmaz sokaga cikariyor ne bir uyari ne bir engel var. 部屋はとても素敵でした。 朝食もおいしかったです。 フロントスタッフに英語は通じません。 送迎サービスをメールで連絡しましたが　返事が来なくて 前日まで宿泊していたホテルのフロントの方に電話してもらいました。帰りのタクシーも頼んでいましたが　フロントに伝わっていなくて　当日　電話で頼むという有様でした。 このホテルは宿泊よりレストランに力を入れているようでした。

Yıldönümümüz dolayısıyla traditional suitte 1 gece konakladık. Aynı zamanda restaurantında da yemek yedik. Her şey mükemmeldi. Odamız genişti, otantikliği çok hoştu. Hamamı olmasından ötürü -1. Kattaydı fakat üzeri yansıtmalı ayna ile örtülü balkon detayı ile asla basık hissettirmedi. Çok hoşuma gitti. Oda tertemizdi ve şampuanından sabununa suyundan havlusuna her şey eksiksizdi ve ponza taşı kese bile hediye olarak konulmuştu. Biz hamamdaki havuzu jakuzi gibi kullandık. İnanılmaz rahatlatıcıydı. Sıcak su boldu hiç sorun yaşamadık. Oda servisi 7/24 açıktı ve çok ilgiliydiler. Restaurantına gelecek olursam biz kitap evi şef steak ve yunan salatası tercih ettik. Porsiyonlar büyük, doyurucu ve çok lezzetliydi. Etin sosuna bayıldım. Meyve kahve ikramları da oldu. Garsonlar çok ilgiliydi. Sabahki kahvaltı da çeşit boldu ve çok lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu çok güzel, bahçesi bol yeşillikli ve otantik olmasıyla çok çok hoşumuza gitti. Ellerinize emeğinize sağlık. Kesinlikle bir daha geleceğiz. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Absolutely stunning

This is an excellent boutique hotel! It is small with only 8 rooms of different sizes ranging from the executive suite to the standard room. Very personalised service from check-in to dining. It also has an excellent view of Bursa depending on which facing room you book. The only challenge is getting to the hotel from the main road. It requires climbing zillions of stairs….hit the gym before booking😂

Charismatic hotel within the castle

The property was very well situated and really comfortable with a lovely ambiance. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Dinner in the evening was in the garden and excellent as was breakfast the following day. we would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Bursa gain
