"Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. Noise cancelling headphones are a must and definitely not for light sleepers. If you’re planning to be out late rather than sleep I would highly recommend due to its great location. "

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend"

"Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

"The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten. The ‘smoke alarm’ Was covered in foil. The toilet seat would not stay up so peeing for a mail was impossible. The cleanliness was a...

"Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!"

"The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend "
