"We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking."

"I liked the location. The proximity or important places like the station, beach, shops and entertainment was excellent. What I didn't like is the 6 hour gap between check in and departure. 10AM is very early - and basically means one has to be ready to depart very early and go to bed knowing it's an early start. The charge of an extra £25 for a "late" meaning a noon departure is a bit steep given the rate we have paid per day. A 4 hour gap is more reasonable. Do the cleaners really need 6...

"it was a perfect location, just a few steps from the High Street and the harbour. Alhough the summer has been unusually warm, the room was breezy in the evening and overnight, and I didn’t need the tower fan that was provided to get a good night’s sleep each of the four nights I stayed. There was tea and coffee and plenty of cold water in the fridge. The clawfoot cast-iron bathtub was wonderful. The host was attentive and responded quickly to my questions."
