"The room was dirty when we got in. The amenities are outdated. There is a very cozy feel in the rooms and the lodge, but the price for the rooms is far too expensive. Keep the rooms outdated and charge $100 or update them and keep them at current price. If we come back we will be looking for alternative lodging"
"The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."
"I got the handicap cabin which I’m glad about. The shower is bigger compared to the others. Be prepared to use the kitchen sink as also the bathroom sink. They had these s’more kits and enemy were yummy. They provided wood and a bundle was ceder wood & it smelled good. I asked for an extra blanket and they provided one.
