"The hotel staff were lovely, polite and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The flush in the room was awful. Once flushed, you had to wait approx an hour before it would flush again. Really useless. Otherwise everything was great."

"Second stay. It's in a great, central location, but quiet at night. Such a lovely, quirky hotel. The rooms are spacious. It has a bar area and a great choice for breakfast. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend! ❤️"

"Room clean enough. Quick self check in no problem. Most staff helpful. Manager in the morning were rude and very unhelpful!. We asked for a little bit of milk for an elderly lady's morning cup of tea, the manager told us NO and the cleaning staff who put milk in the fridges don't start until 9am? Very rude and not helpful in the slightest.. they had a 2L carton of milk on the table at the time too.."
