Generally hotel was very average but we were given an accessible room which had fixtures rather low. Room was tired, shower curtains were old and basic. As it was on the first floor and near the stairs, the wedding downstairs proved too loud for us which was not very pleasant.

This Hotel has a we laid out Bar/Resteraunt , the rooms are clean and tidy with enough soace. They also have on sire Starbucks coffee shop.. The best thing is the Gym and pool, it is welllaid out and verry clean

Enjoyed Cheadle

The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Conveniently there’s a Starbucks onsite as well as a restaurant. Parking isn’t free during the week but free on the weekend.

No staff at check in when I arrived. Tried to use self check in but when I got to my room the key card would not work finally found a member of staff to sort it out. Bedroom and bathroom looked very tired. Mould on ceiling in bathroom, seal on shower screen falling off, no soap in soap dispenser had to use shampoo. No mirror in bedroom at all scuffed paintwork. Room very warm. Paid £163 with no breakfast included expect much better for this price. Would not stay again.

Very disappointing stay here . My room Was roasting hot , unbearable . There was a dyson fan which didn’t work , remote control Was missing . A member of staff did come with the one remote they had but couldn’t leave it with me as they didn’t have another . They did come with a normal fan which I had to sit right in front of for any benefit . Bedside light didn’t work , couldn’t leave the blind open as due to the layout the room faced others so everyone could see in . I gave up trying to sleep at 4 am & decided on a cup of tea , the kettle didn’t work . Left my room at 630 am exhausted . Defo won’t be back

Lovely Hotel

Stayed here for one night at short notice when our flight was cancelled as it’s only a short taxi ride from Manchester Airport. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable rooms, nice amenities and food. Staff all lovely and super helpful. Definitely use again

Great find!!!!

Quite a modern hotel, good sized rooms and we got a great deal on the booking. Initially thought the food on the menu was expensive but, when our order arrived, we realised we were paying for quality. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we revisited the area.
