Waking up to the ocean view every morning was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The experience created priceless memories for our 9-year-old daughter, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Amazing experience here at Signiel Busan. From check in to check out, the staff was continuously professional, well-mannered, and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary offerings of this hotel, such as the pool, gym, and the exclusive Salon de Signiel lounge. Very satisfied with the level of service everywhere and fully what I expect from a five star hotel. Highly recommend, and I will most definitely stay at Signiel again when I go back to Busan."

"Stunning views, frustrating execution — read before you book breakfast The hotel is located on the port side of the city, but don't let that put you off — the bridge crossing takes under 10 minutes and getting to the other side is completely hassle-free. The rooms have genuinely breathtaking views, and on paper they're worth every penny. The problem? The windows are so dirty you can barely see through them. A real shame. The layout is also oddly designed — the sink is in the bedroom while the toilet and shower share a single space, meaning anyone who steps out of the shower will inevitably get the floor soaking wet. If you're sharing a room, good luck getting to the toilet dry. Pillows are a tragedy, neck felt as broken after a night. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is best avoided as an add-on. The selection is poor, the single coffee machine creates constant queues, and the crowd far outnumbers the food available. Worth noting: a number of the glowing reviews about breakfast appear to be incentivised — the hotel reportedly offers a free drink in exchange for a positive review. Make of that what you will. Service was friendly and smiley throughout. We didn't interact extensively with staff, but when we asked for a safe, they provided one at no charge. The spa requires an extra fee even for guests. The gym is free but underwhelming — there's a much better facility nearby for around ₩10,000. The rooftop bar has a canteen-like atmosphere that doesn't quite match the setting."

Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence

"I was surprised at the old and run down condition of this hotel. Very different than the pictures shown. Maybe it looked like that when it was brand new, but it looked like a 2 star motel in Canadian standard. It was in the cheaper range but too old. It is like a condo with certain units being run by hotel. Pro: Very close to the street food market and across the street from the beach, ac works fine, large fridge and freezer. Con: Very old building, the inside looks like a DIY handy man special that did the reno. Wall paper are peeling, water stains on the walls, ceiling wall paper peeling, white tape every where on the ceiling to cover up old ceiling, don't bother washing your clothes in the washer as there is no dryer. Had to buy a bag of laundry detergent from a store. Clothes comes out damp as you would expect. We had to lay our clothes out on the table to dry in the sun for 2 days, very moldy washer door gasket. And the elevator situation is weird. Take first elevator to 4th floor then transfer to a second set of elevator to keep going up to the hotel suits. There are two hotels running the individual units in the building. This one is Sea cloud, and the other one is Sun cloud. Our unit is next to another unit run by Sun cloud. There is a stove top, but no cooking wares or any utensils what so ever. What kind of kitchentte does not have anything to use. No one is going to buy pots, pans, utensils, oil, dish soap, scrubber for a week of stay. Avoid this hotel."
