Good location, few mins walk to bus station, around 10 mins away from Busan station. Nearby got Lotte mall and supermarket, good for shopping. Got upgraded to ocean view, nice view seeing the Busan port. Facilities is good, clean and cozy. My room got a balcony, though the room might be a bit small, enough for solo traveller. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

Good hotel in central location in Nampo

The hotel has all the basic amenities if you are just looking for a room for the night. We were given the 19th floor with a balcony with a fantastic view of the harbour. No cleaning, change of towels or water unless specifically requested between 7-11am each day. We stayed for two nights, so that was not an issue for us. Near metro station. Easy walking to Jagalxhi Market. Staff ordered a taxi for us to the airport. All seamless.

The property itself isn't overly old and photos on various sites show that however the upkeep has much to be desired. It feels like corners are being cut and way things are placed don't make sense. Few things top of my head are two single beds in small room is fine but why have literally no gap other than end of bed to mount it? Sides and middle have such small gaps that are unusable. One of the beds is parked snug next to the "kitchen" counter which has a range hood right next to the headside of bed yet there is no stove tops. The other end has a cracked but repaired sink. Note that if you want to use the sink you need to climb on the bed or use it from the side awkwardly. Next to the TV was a machine (similar to a touchscreen menu that takes cards) that was unplugged/useless yet mounted on the desk which unmovable and occupying most of the small desk space that the room had. These are only some of the highlights. Other things of note dust, dirty moldy towels, asked for pillows were given sofa cushions that didn't even have linen to cover. On positive note location convenient and was prices were low

之前訂酒店時好似看不見他有註明每次3晚才有一晩免費的清潔房間服務。要到垃圾桶及攞廁紙要每日都要打給櫃檯。 房內環境尚算OK，衛生尚可，光線充足，但房內隔音差。酒店附近沒有食肆，但百貨公司及購物區10分鐘路程。 入住前要聯絡酒店有點麻煩。但之前在Expedia內發訊息酒店從沒有回覆。

房間2單人床可以看到海景，在樂天百貨旁，員工都沒有什麼笑容，但可以幫忙叫計程車，2樓有洗衣烘衣機很方便大概1-2小時可洗和烘乾～對於自由行很方便，但我覺們有住2間房都有插自己的卡退房忘了帶走，在吃完飯回飯店詢問時只找到一張醫院卡另一張是日本交通通卡內有金額說沒找到～這就有點不舒服～

침구류 특히 이불에 먼지가 너무 많아 이불을 덮을수가. 없었어요 이불을 조금만 움직여도 눈에 보일 정도의 머지가 온방에 가득할 정도로 먼지가 많이 나더군요
