Location right near fish market and restaurants. Excellent for short stay but would stay near beach long stay. Hotel excellent for price with a good breakfast. Only critism is toilet a little cramped
The location was one of the biggest highlights—it’s conveniently situated close to markets, making it easy to explore and pick up local goods. Getting around was also incredibly simple, with the subway and other transportation options just a short walk away.
The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt convenient and accessible, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit.
Really good hotel, super close to metro station and market area. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. The only con is that some parts of the furniture are old and a bit broken

Pros: great location.
Cons: small rooms, family were located on different floors despite booking 6 months in advance, toilets cannot take toilet paper which is common in Busan BUT cleaning only offered once during 3 day stay which was unhygienic. Also very noisy at night and had people trying to enter bedroom at 2am multiple times which was quite scary.

Our first time staying at this Busan area, was disappointed with the property (compared to the pictures we saw online). Didn’t know the building was this old, it’s hard to find. (We entered the building and didn't even see signs says the hotel name or where the reception was, obviously it wasn’t on the first floor nor at the front). This looks more like the US apartment type to me. Only thing we appreciate was at least the cleanliness in our room was decent. I’m not sure if all other hotels in the area are similar, I think next time we will just stay at the Haeundae area.

The room is small but functional. Most things are available if not all. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
Great location for visiting BIFF square and Jagalchi market. Lots of food stalls nearby too. The sea view was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Quite new, very convenient location and near to key tourist locations and big shopping malls.
Ample staff at reception (3), speaks English and helpful.
Transport is good - Bus and metro.
The hotel is located in good location.
But it’s very not clean and not comfortable.
The room was dirty when we have checked in - bathroom, pillows, floor.
The bad is really not comfortable.
During checking in, we got only one key.
We have asked for one more, but answered that we need to give deposit for it.
We got only one tower daily despite the fact we were two in the room
Extremely convenient location for dining, shopping at a reasonable and economical accommodation fee!
Microwave is a bonus facility in room, especially outside temp under 10°C
Comfortable & room is reasonably big. Location is convenient. However, the negative side is that toilet paper cannot be throw into the toilet bowl, making it very inconvenient.
Rooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. We liked the extra pillows and clean towels every day. We wished the TVs had an English option as we couldn’t really use it or watch anything on it.

The location is acceptable and not far from the metro station. However, Hydraulic pressure insufficiency is a serious issue that the hotel should improve, and the room is not soundproof enough.

The hotel is very well located—just two metro stops from Busan Station and a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway. It's right in downtown Busan, near the fish market and a shopping center. My room was on the third floor and a bit noisy, but it was clean. The bathroom was very basic, with no separate shower space—just an open area with the sink and shower together, without a door or curtain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great option if you want to stay downtown. Gamcheon Culture Village is about a 40-minute walk or 10 minutes by taxi. If you’re planning to visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a taxi is the fastest and easiest option.
Perfect location. Everything is within a minute. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Bed is comfortable and clean. Only one thing - extremely weak water pressure for shower and toilet paper only discarded in bins not in toilet, which I felt awkward. However, price and convenience of location cancelled the above. Next time I would not stay because of water pressure and toilet thing.
