체크인 데스크가 없습니다. 도착 후 안내는 문자정보에 의존해야 하며 담당자 전화 통화는 되지만 여전히 불편한건 어쩔수 없는 듯합니다. 가족영행을 위한 공간으로는 괜찮으나 첨 가시는 분은 불충분한 안내에 당황할 듯 합니다. 다 아시겠지만 생활형 숙박시설이며 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다. 미리 담당자와 사전 통화로 충분히 정보 확인하시고 가실것을 추천합니다. 룸 시설 자체는 새 건물이라 좋습니다.

신랑이 여태 가본 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었대요 원래 살던 집 같은 느낌이었고 롯데월드를 이용하는데는 최고의 자리인거 같습니다 숙소에서 롯데월드가 잘 보여서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요 뭐하나 부족함 없어서 만족합니다

깨끗하고 조용하고 주변에 놀거리 먹거리도 많구 너무 좋았어요 세탁도 간단히 해서 건조도할 수있고 스타일러까지 있어서 정말 편리했어요 너무 편하고 즐겁게 쉬었다가서 좋았네요 담번 기장여행때 또 이용할거에요 단점이 하나도 없는 숙소였어요
