an amazing and pleasant experience

It has a nice view and a clean bed and bathroom within a reasonable distance from the sea. The staff is kind and always treats customers with a smile. Parking is comfortable and I enjoyed a pleasant trip.

The room is more spacious than the average room in other hotels. There is some sea view. The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk to our favourite places and eMart supermarket. Housekeeping must be improved though. On one day, the hair on the bathroom drain was not cleared, they never wash the cups and they never refill the coffee sachets and teabags. The freezer compartment did not work and kept collecting water in the fridge.

The area that the hotel is in was perfect. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and locations to dine all within walking distance. Also, the bus stop is right outside of the hotel, which was convenient. The beach was only a 3-minute walk. However, the accommodations weren't nice. Our room was really filthy and smelled poorly. There were holes in the wall, that were poorly patched up and filled in. The walls were filthy; dirt, yellowed with age, dead bugs smeared on them, and there were pencil marks on the wall by the bed closest to the window. The bathroom also smelled like urine when we arrived and frequently throughout our stay; even after the nice cleaning staff cleaned it. In addition to this, the main lobby on the 3rd floor wasn't functioning while we were there. We waited for over 20 minutes to check out at the front/main lobby, just to realize we had to check out on the ground floor; where the parking was. There were no signs or indicators for anyone to know this. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting to check out not knowing where the employees were. Plus, the waiting area on the first floor was too small for more than two parties to move around in with their luggage comfortably. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has tons of potential. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?? Overall it was way overpriced for how dirty our room was and poor communication with staffing.

I think imma gonna come back to this hotel. My daughter and I spent a great weekend staying here. It was safe, clean, quite and it had just what we needed, but we are not picky at all. Love the fact that the room has a kettle and fridge, so i was able to get my coffee in every morning.

部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さで快適でした。ルームクリーニングをしませんでしたが、毎日清潔なタオルと水2本をドアに置いてもらえました。バスルームが少し匂い、虫が死んでいたので、その点のクリーニングが気になりましたが、ヨーロッパの4つ星ホテルと同じクオリティと言えます。ビジネスホテルとしては快適でした！
