值得住的酒店，特別是家庭客。

這間酒店房間很整潔和寛闊,背靠海雲臺海灘,經過酒店的後花園便可到那裡.職員的服務態度不錯,附近也多美食任君選擇,地鐵離酒店不遠,交通便利,機場有公共汽車直達酒店門口站,唯一是要留意的是房間的床褥較高,五、六歲以下的小孩上落床便要小心. 幾年來我已是第三次入住了,但都是春季和冬季.

総合は、中の下ですね！

カジノも近く、場所は良いです！ただし、設備が古く、シャワーやトイレは古くウォシュレットもなく最悪です。地下一階のマッサージは、気持ちいいのでおススメ。歯ブラシないです。有料ならありますが、コンビニで買っていったほうが安く、良いものです。

최악 그 자체.. 두번 다시 가지 않겠습니다.

웬만하면 후기 안남기 성격이 아닌데, 정말 최악이라 이렇게 남겨놓습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 특가로 28만원으로 예약했습니다. 전 세계 어디에도 이가격에 이런 서비스는 없었습니다. 해운대랑 가깝다는 접근성 때문에 이렇게 비싼거라면 이해가 갑니다만.. 30만원 가까이주고 이런 서비스받을 줄 상상도 못했습니다. 오후 2시쯤 체크인하고 온도를 높이고 티비를 좀 보려고 했는데.. 아무리 기다려도 온도가 올라가지 않고 2시간 동언 추워서 벌벌 떨었습니다. 프론트에 전화해서 너무 춥다고 온도 조절이 안된다고 이야기하니... 원래 낮에는 난방을 키지 않고 밤에만 난방을 킨다는 어이없는 대답을 들었습니다. 너무 황당해서 일단 전화를 끊고.. 이돈으로 이딴 서비스를 받을봐에 차라리 모텔에서 자는게 더 따뜻하고 더 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 다시 전화해서 당장 환불해달라고 했더니.. 그제서야 한 등급 높은 방으로 옮겨 주겠다고 하여, 그렇게 해달라고 해서 방을 옮겼습니다. 그리고 그다음날 아침 조식을 먹을때도 정말 황당했습니다. 조식을 먹으러 가니 다른 호텔들 처럼 당연히 슬리퍼를 신고 외투를 입지 않고 로비로 갔습니다. 날씨가 영하의 날씨인데 난방도 전혀 하지않고.. 따뜻했던 커피가 10분만에 아이스커피가 되어 버렸습니다. 한 여름 휴가철때 예약하기 힘든 성수기가 아니라면 절대 이 금액으로 이런 호텔은 절대 두번 다시 예약하지 않겠습니다.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Strand. Leider hat es seine besten Jahre hinter sich und müsste komplett modernisiert werden. Es hat noch den Charme der 70er Jahre.

room 1319 was/is extremely hot and stayed hot. When I checked in I asked to use the restroom. The hostess told me it was upstairs. In fact it was in the lobby. Go figure? Also I recommend the hotel have face cloths plus I thought it was cheap and un-classy for them to ask for 2,500 won for a tooth brush. I expect more from hotel of this caliber. The only good thing was a view of sea/beach

부산가족여행

시티뷰였는데 부분오션뷰로 무료업그레이드 감사했어요. 침대 높고 푹신해서 맘에 들었어요. 조식도 괜찮았고 체크아웃후 산책때 가방 맡아주셨고, 호텔나갈때까지 무료주차할 수 있게 배려해 주셨어요. 스파가 있어 좋은 대신 유료라 좀 아쉬웠네요.

해변에서는 가까워 산책하기에는 좋지만 전반적으로 오래된 시설에 낡은 탁자와 의자 그리고 침대보는 다시 이 호텔을 이용하기에는 비추천입니다.

酒店位於海雲台沙灘边，環境舒服，週邊好多食肆，乘坐地鐵或巴士都好方便，房間舊咗D不過好整潔，這次住5晚是我第二次住，雖然價格不算平但仍都值得推薦。不過今次要提就是幫我哋做check in 的小姐無笑容，不熱誠。
