머리카락이 있었는데. . .2박동안 1박후 객실청소후에도 계속 남아있었어요. 종이박스 본드냄새가 진동했고요 윗층 물내리는소리는 밤새 환풍기소리같이 나더라구요. . 조금 개선해주시면 좋을거같아요. .

한가지 흠결 있지만 전반적으로 깔끔함

화장실에 2개의 머리카락이 남겨져 있는 걸 보니 청소가 덜되었다고 판단되었습니다. 이외에는 미니바에 여러 음료들 옥탑 라운지 무료음료 등등 좋았습니다. 객실 크기는 토요코랑 비슷했으나, 침대가 더 푹신하고 좋았고 옷장과 일회용 실내화도 좋았습니다.

오픈한지 얼마 안되었고 리모델링해서 전체적으로는 깔끔하지만 부분적으로 보수가 안된곳도 있고- 직원분들 응대가 미숙한 부분이 상당히 있었습니다. 이런 부분은 시간이 지나면 나아질 수 있는 부분이라 생각합니다만- 엘리베이터가 객실수에 비해 2대로는 부족해서 이용할 때 불편했고, 숙박기간에 1대가 고장났는데 대책이 없더라고요. 중간층이라서 결국 만원으로 내려오는 엘리베이터 이용 할 수 없어서 계단 이용해서 다녔습니다. 조식은 하루 이용했는데 맛은 괜찮지만 그 금액에 종류가 많이 부족합니다. 삼척쏠비치 정도를 예상하고 갔는데 조금 실망스러웠습니다.

가족여행 다녀왔어요. 프론트 서비스 좋았지만 예약확인 체크하면서 너무 좁고 오픈된 공간에서 개인정보를 크게 물어보시고 복명복창하고 답하시는데 당황했습니다.(진짜 어이없~) 지나친 친절이 불편하네요. 객실은 좋았고 방음도 굿입니다^^ 어매니티 굿^^ 치약칫솔 당근없구요. 1층 편의점 24시간 좋았는데 좀 비싼편~; 샤워실은 배수구쪽이 약간 높아서 물이 밤새 고여있었구요. 객실 옷장은 있고 옷걸이 넉넉했고.. 냉수온수 방향 표시 없어서 약간 당황했어요. 아참 현관문이 꽉 안닫혀서 신경써서 세게 당기거나 밀어야 닫히구요. 세로로 좁은 유리창으로 해운대 바다가 살짝 아름답게 보입니다^^ 다만 앞 호텔 객실 적나라하게 보이구요 ㅎㅎ 주차장 스트레스는 말하지 않아도 아실거죠? 개선 사항이 안보이니 패쓰하구요~^^; 엘베 딸랑 2대. 차라리 홀짝 탑승시키든지...체크인아웃 시간에는 정말 인내심이 극에 달했답니다. 조식 괜찮습니다^^ 20층 휴게실에 세탁기 건조기 있는데 성수기라 긴줄은 필수였는데 건조기는 모래투성이라 1천원이 아깝~;; 무개념 투숙객들이 외부음식 20층에서 마구 드시던데 이건 좀 강하게 금지시켜주시는게 어떨까요?
