The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay.

I loved the location. As it was right outside Busan Station, it was very convenient to check-in and get going. The room is not that big as it’s more like a Japanese style hotel room. But the staff was helpful and the amenities and free breakfast was great. Here’s the nitpick part. I wish there USB ports to charge my electrical devices. I’m not even asking for USB C just a regular 2.0 would’ve been great. Also I hope they place an express checkout box. Had to wait about 15 mins because of other people just for a less than a minute checkout procedure.

Front desk staff were stiff and not friendly they were very businesslike, in their difference I think the English language may have been the barrier. Room service staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked very oddly, not cooling and would shut off on its own. The room that I was in had a blackout blind that was not retractable.

Check-in is strictly 3 PM. The staff was nice to let us put our luggage away, when we arrived at 2-ish, and we got a pizza to-go and returned at 2:45, they would not give a key until 3 on the dot. Also, we paid extra for a "sea" view - what a joke. Saw mostly buildings a a piece of the water by the beach. Breakfast food was good, especially the coffee. The herds or people was a bit daunting, especially people who seemed to have never eaten in public places. There was one set of tongs for the bread/toast, for two stations, and one man was adamant on holding the tongs until his toast came out, and some people did not understand the concept of lines....

The location of the hotel is right next to the Busan Station, super accessible to restaurants, metro, taxi and bus. The room size was reasonable and well equipped, fresh towels, bottle water were provided daily and trash removed as well. The free all you can eat Korean hot breakfast was amazing and delicious, they even rotated the menu to make the breakfast attractiv I didn't give a 5, is due to a sanitory reason.Surprsingly every morning around 6am a strong breakfast cooking smell from the second floor restaurant that would fill our room on the 19th floor...this happened daily and made our clothing smelly and sticky... Overall, this hotel is definitely a bang for the buck, highly recommend!

Great location right in front of the station, which made traveling by train to Busan very convenient. The surrounding area also had many shops and restaurants, so everything we needed was nearby.
