"Front desk stay that checked me in was good but sassy, the other staff members which I came across 3 others didn't greet you at door when coming in or out The lights in lobby near elevators were very dirty. Thought it might be from construction but that was old dust. Was disappointed there was no hot tub. The morning breakfast was amazing and Armando did an amazing job making them. Mornings breakfast crew was amazing. Was woken up due to construction on our floor and couldn't go back ro sleep. "

"Room was nasty stains on the bed spider webs in the corners breakfast was nasty it was just God awful I will never stay there or recommend anyone staying there ever the staff were outrageous they wouldn't work with us except for give us new sheets instead of saying oh I'm sorry that they're stains everywhere toilets still had s*** in it it was horrible"

"The hotel was packed with kids from high schools around. I would have thought they would have put our room not close to them. Hearing them run around and shut there doors all morning and night was bad. Next time put your vacation guest not next to a bunch of kids. Also pool experience was aweful. Kids ruined our vacation with the pool and hot tub area. "
