"Family of 3- room was exactly what we expected. Location was great! We love to utilize the subway and this hotel was close to 3 different transit lines which made it super easy for us to navigate and get anywhere we needed to be in Manhattan. Loved being able to walk to Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street, Battery Park, and loads of local eateries like Liberty Bagel and Tacombi. We loved being able to have somewhere safe to keep our luggage before we checked in and after check out so we could continue to explore NYC. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean."

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."

"Quieter rooms on the higher floors. We moved from our third floor front facing room due to street noise. Reusable water bottles can be refilled in basement gym. No need to pack shampoo, conditioner or moisturizer; all provided. Grab dinner and sit at beautiful Bryant Park to eat. Walk 15 mins to 34st Ferry and take East River (ER) to DUMBO and see Brooklyn Heights. Take Burough Hall subway back (express) to Grand Central Station. "

"The battery on my door died. So I was kept out of my room — while my belongings were in there — for over 12 hours. Staff was not equipped to handle the situation. It took forever to resolve. And the backup plan was not good. No frills hotel. Tiny lobby. Small rooms. One elevator. Strong weed smell. And lobby and elevator and halls not clean. Room fine. "
