"This was our first impression of Costa Rica.And they definitely made sure that we got a good one. The receptionist and the staff in general were absolutely kind respectful And welcoming. We really care about the property as well.It feels like a little piece of the forest in the middle of the city which gives you an opportunity to rest after a long trip."

"From the moment we booked the stay Emilio was quick to respond. When we arrived we performed a walk through, asked questions that were responded to swiftly. There was a remote missing the TV was replaced, the microwave glitched and it was replaced. I actually started it was no hurry yet Emilio was there promptly the next day resolving any needs. The day we were to leave there was a power outage at the airport which delayed our departure. We were not even sure we would fly out yet Emilio offered to allow us to return if the flight was delayed overnight. The stay was AWESOME and I recommend everyone visiting Costa Rica to stay here. "
