Front 9—A Luxury Golf Lovers Getaway

Promising the ideal getaway for golfers looking to hit the local course, Front 9 offers all the modern comforts of home with direct access to Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. An open-plan living area blends contemporary style with sleek finishes. Sink into the comfortable linen lounges with a spot of TV or make your way out to the patio to enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the golfers tee off. A fire pit and BBQ cater to cosy summer evenings under the stars. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end built-in appliances and a central island while a timber table encourages meals at home, while local eateries are within easy reach if you can't be bothered cooking. Two other living areas create separate zones for adults and children, while an executive office allows you to set up your laptop and work remotely.

This home boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two well-equipped bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy. Fully ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. The primary suite is a stunning retreat, set with a queen bed and open-air ensuite. Soak in the free-standing bath offering elevated views of the surrounding course. The remaining three bedrooms are all set with double beds, with a second bathroom servicing these rooms.

Additional conveniences include driveway parking, in-unit laundry and free WiFi. The garage and primary suite wardrobe are not accessible to guests and locked for owner access only.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $324.00. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is located very conveniently close to the centre of town and the beaches. The house is lovely and well appointed. We would definitely consider using it again.

The house was really great, it had all the comfort and ammedities that we needed. Such a relaxing view of the golf course which made for some amazing mornings and also some wildlife sights that my kids loved. The only thing that I would expect with a property like this is a king size bed for the main room. Other than that everything was amazing.
