Walk or ride to the shops and the pristine beaches of Dunsborough! 10 minute walk to Coles, or a 2 minute drive if you’re short on time. Enjoy the peace and quiet, relax and unwind in nature.

Beautiful cottage oozing country charm, quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by nature, native trees with wildlife and birds.

All bedrooms are equipped with an oil heater and spare blankets.

There is a split system air cond / heater in the dining / living room.

Outdoor dining is available along with a small Webber barbecue, perfect for the catch of the day!


The entire ground floor of the home is available for guests to use. There are two bedrooms, one room with a Queen bed and one room with 2 x Single Beds.

There is a small study table in the queen bedroom.

Bedlinen and towels are included.

The kitchen has cast iron and stainless steel pots and utensils. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods.

There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and some family board games. Wifi is available along with Netflix and Disney.

There is a kitchen helper and wooden high chair suitable for toddlers aged 3yo+.

Self check-in via master lock box.

For safety reasons, the fireplace can only be used during winter. You will need to source your own firewood. Please make sure the valve handle is turned vertical when the fireplace is in use, and close it when it is not in use.
