You`ll be happily located in an amazing spot, in a prime location for the golf-course and an easy fifteen-minute stroll into Dunsborough - the lovely seaside town, favoured by `those in the know` as a base to explore all of the Margaret River Region`s delights.

This is a new home, very tastefully furnished taking inspiration from Morocco and Provence - well set-up with the discerning traveller mind.

Your comfort is assured with central air-conditioning and heating.

The property features three good sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite - so no squabbling about who gets the best room! Couples, small groups of friends and families will all enjoy this home.

There`s a huge central living area - with lovely comfortable sofa, dining table and modern well-equipped kitchen - with an additional pantry/butlers kitchen behind.

Just off the main living area is a comfortable theatre room with a large smart TV.

Oh, and there`s the cutest dedicated office space...

Out the back, there`s a comfortable sofa on the patio, a dining space and an outdoor fire pit overlooking the golf course. (The home is a couple of minute`s walk to the first tee and the Lakeside Tavern.)

The home is fully set up for sole use of guests.

We`re very close by and happy to help.

The coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo. We provide a few pods for your arrival. These pods are only available from Nespresso shops or online - not local supermarkets unfortunately.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
