For a more intimate setting, step onto the balcony where a BBQ and outdoor dining table invite you to dine alfresco with an ocean backdrop.

As night falls, unwind in four bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and designed for relaxation across three levels. Recharge in the primary king suite on the first floor, equipped with ample storage and a private ensuite. Nearby, two queen bedrooms also offer private ensuites and each open to their private balconies—perfect for quiet moments. Head downstairs to the ground floor for another king bedroom—a private media retreat with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and comfy beanbags. With direct access to a nearby bathroom and the full laundry with washer and dryer, it offers a self-contained haven ideal for unwinding after a day by the beach.

Challenge friends to a game in the downstairs games room, fully equipped with a pool table and table tennis. Make the most of your location with full access to Regency Beach Club’s pool, tennis court, communal hall and beachfront paths. Rinse off after a beach walk using the outdoor shower by the entrance. Enjoy the ease of free on-site parking for two vehicles—please note, trailer or boat parking is not permitted on site.

Due to the proximity of other neighbours and residents, loud music and large gatherings are strictly forbidden at all times.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
