The Space:
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood just five minutes from central Dunsborough, the home combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to beaches, cafés, restaurants and the region's renowned wineries. Built in a duplex configuration on a corner block, the residence is completely private, with its own entrance from a different street frontage, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet and independent stay.
The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, creating an inviting place to unwind after a day exploring the region. Comfortable seating and generous windows enhance the airy feel, while the seamless connection to the dining area makes gathering together effortless. The kitchen provides the basics needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner, with ample bench space and modern appliances making cooking a pleasure. The dining table is perfectly positioned for shared meals, morning coffee or planning the day's adventures.
Sliding doors open to a covered alfresco and fully fenced backyard, creating a secluded setting for meals, morning coffee or time outdoors. Gather around the picnic table beneath the oversized umbrella, settle into the bean bags with a book, or make use of the outdoor shower to rinse off after a visit to the beach before heading inside.
Three queen bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, each styled with a calm, neutral palette to encourage restful nights. The two bathrooms add flexibility for families or groups, with one featuring a full-sized bath for a soothing soak after a day at the beach or exploring nearby wineries. A separate laundry adds convenience for longer stays. Parking for one car is available in the driveway.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. The home is designed on a corner block and is duplex-style; under the same roof as another residence, however, it is completely private and accessed via a different street front. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential pocket of Dunsborough, the home is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, where you'll find popular cafés including Merchant & Maker and Yallingup Coffee Roasting Company, along with local favourites such as Blue Manna Bistro and Occy's 2. Spend the day swimming or paddleboarding at the calm shores of Dunsborough Foreshore, browse the boutiques along Dunn Bay Road, or stock up on local produce at the Dunsborough Centrepoint shops. The Dunsborough Country Club is nearby for a round of golf, while many of the Margaret River region's acclaimed wineries are within a short drive, making day trips effortless.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
