Private: property 2'000 m2 with lawn and trees, pond. In the house: sauna, table tennis, billiard table, table football, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, grass beach 800 m. Marina 800 m. Hiking paths: Langwarder Groden 100 m. Please note: suitable for families.

Upper floor: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 3 beds. With sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom. With sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. In addition, on the first floor there is a second kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave).
