The shower hardware was cheap junk no doubt made in China and was the worst junk I have ever seen. The shower head did not function, after pulling up the cheap junk pull-up knob on the main faucet hardly any water came out of shower head, a good example of a Wall Street firm squeezing more money out of the customer, instead of pleasing the customer. Disgusting! The coffee ran out, all of the options! No doubt saving more money for Wall Street! Hampton Inn used to be the Gold Standard in travel motels. We stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country, but there has been a noticeable drop in quality the last ten years! Time to switch!"
