We decided to take the A la Carte dinner at the hotel. To our disappointment, many items in the menu were not available. We arrived at the hotel past 6pm and since we're staying for only 1 night, and checking out early, we've decided to have dinner at the hotel. We did enjoy few minutes at the pool.

The hotel needs to invest in cockroach bait so I need not kill the small ones. Hot water was available after request. Couch was hard, bed was good, tv is large, aircon was strong, and breakfast was good. Nice stay for Butuan and inexpensive. Great all you can eat on the corner.

I booked a hotel room here for the first time. Paid about over 5 thousand pesos per night. Hotel was fine it looks outdated cause the front of the hotel doesnt look like it had been painted or pressure washed atleast, inside the carpet in isle where you go to your room and elevator looks kind of dusty and dark colored, like i don't think it's been deeply cleaned. but we'll maintained i think. One thing I was surprised with was our towels. My goodness, it was like dirty white color or dirtier white. I've never seen a towel colored like that. The free breakfast was fine. There were a lot to choose from but I think I'd like to see more green vegetables for breakfast than oily cooked food. But it was good enough. It was an ok stay.

This was a nice hotel to relax with family on a day trip the only thing i was concern is during the recent earthquake in Butuan city the staff did not have coordination during that time we have to run down stairs & No staff notify us it was okay to go back to our room. So i suggest that thier should be an asign staff for risk health management to coordinate with the costumers where to do during any foreseen an avoidable events. Overall, my sister and her grandkid enjoyed staying in this hotel. Thank you

The pool was nice. The kids really enjoyed it. The beds are too small. The information from Expedia is incorrect. Children are 10 & under not under 18 so we had to book extra rooms since they conside 11 year olds adults.

There's a new 7-11 just across the road from the hotel. But if your transaction are by the main road. The road to JC Aquino is almost inaccessible on foot as it muddy and lots of puddles. Difficult to walk around so you need taxi or tuktuk all the time.

The staff were very good but there were some cockroaches in our room. The breakfast was ok...not a big selection & they didn't offer cereal or perked coffee. Probably still a bargain for the reasonable price of the rooms.
