"Nice and spacious family rooms! Roomservice available. Perfect for a one night stay with kids. Unfortunately the parking lot is a bit of a walk (5 mins?) and it was completely full after we found the last spot (around 21:00 at a friday night). I would recommend though."

"This hotel is 2.5 star at best in North American standards. No Air Conditioning, no bug screens on the windows, spiders and bugs in the rooms all the time, the bathrooms are very small, the rooms are so hot at night you can’t sleep, the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s like it’s stuck in the 80’s. The wifi, like all over Germany, is terrible most of the time you have to disable it and switch to LTE to download anything. "Charming hotel set as part of a castle in an old German market town . The staff were kind and super helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good both at breakfast and dinner . Parking in the small courtyard was available and again the staff were helpful in finding a spot and there is always the option of the covered parking for a small fee which was high enough to accommodate a tall vehicle.
