"We stayed here for one night on our way to Paris from Basel. The grounds are beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful and serene, the chateau is well maintained and very clean. It’s an old building, which comes with some idiosyncrasies but it’s very comfortable overall. Breakfast was excellent. Beaune is close by. "

"Charming French provincial stone house with big garden - only problem was that check-in normally starts at 4.30pm but the owner very kindly opened up the premises for us at 3.00pm and so we had time to walk to the nearby town of Touros - a mediaeval gem in the heart of Burgundy. "A lovely quirky hotel with an American flavour. Lovely host/owner who took time to speak with all guests at breakfast (excellent English too). Basically it was the perfect pit stop en route to skiing"

"Stayed here overnight to break up a long journey to Italy. Perfect location just off the Autoroute. Lovely garden to relax in with a very welcome cold beer! Room was clean and comfortable and food was excellent. We had a lovely evening eating and drinking outside with the hosts Lotte & Wouter and 4 lovely Dutch guests. Evening meal is definitely recommended as all the produce is local, including home grown vegetables and herbs. Would definitely visit again if in the area."

"Jeremy was very welcoming and conversed easily in English. He told us about the area, it's wine growing history and his own involvement. Arranged lunch for us at a local hotel and breakfast was truly a feast. My granddaughters loved the swimming pool. We will definitely use this hotel again on our way back through France. A truly wonderful experience."

"The host were a very charming young couple, nothing was too much trouble for them. A very enjoyable three night stay. Both speak good English. The accommodation is in the excellent ecologically converted barn. A good sound build with recycled items of furniture. Very comfortable beds. Good shower and excellent breakfast, all very relaxed, and set in peaceful surroundings. "
