"We had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul during our first trip to Turkey with my parents (both in their 70s). The staff were warm, flexible, and incredibly helpful — from guiding us around the property to helping us book dinner at their Michelin-awarded restaurant with great vegetarian options. The pool and gym were spotless and serene, and the in-house jewelry store was a hidden gem — we left with five beautifully crafted pieces thanks to the knowledgeable owner. The highlight? They surprised us with framed photos of our family taken from my Instagram post, along with a handwritten letter. Such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Elite World Grand Hotel in Küçükyalı, Istanbul. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff. The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for getting rest after a medical procedure. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a calm, upscale atmosphere that made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. The location is also convenient, especially for those needing to access the Asian side of Istanbul. It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes. The spa and fitness center were also impressive and well-maintained."

"We only stayed there one night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but nice. Not an ideal area for checking out the historical part of istabul but we had an overnight layover so we didn't need to be in the heart of Istanbul. Staff did push us hard to use one of their taxis but we were able to get a taxi to the airport for only 1000 liras. "
