"No warm welcome or attempt to say about hotel or breakfast. Key put on counter and pointed to lifts.
Breakfast next day very poor. Two out the four hot plates were empty and staff made no attempt to refill. Cups missing for coffee machine, each person had to ask for a cup!
Breakfast very basic and I opted for breakfast out on the second morning.
Restaurant is a cafe not a restaurant- basic menu and soft drinks only.
Restaurant staff are much nice than main hotel staff.
On check out, man at reception didn’t even look up L, just took key card, I had to ask twice is all ok and he just waved me away.
Could be a good hotel but 2* at best as staff on reception don’t care. Plus hotel lacks real hotel amenities.
This is NOT a hotel for Western European visitors, its is for local staying for a pre flight nights bed and breakfast. That is what they cater for and make it clear others aren’t welcome."
