Our AC was broken but they got us into another rook quickly, the breakfast was great, downtown was right near the hotel and had so many options. The people at the hotel are so nice.

Very well located, super close to the Canto beach, Rua das Pedras and a lot of restaurants are walk distance. Will come back for sure! Staff are super friendly!

Super central - but very damp

Very nice and flexible staff. Nice location, but the bathroom had no ventilation - hence all clothes and bedsheets got very damp. Good breakfast set up.

What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios.

The hotel symbol is amazing that placed in bathroom 😁. I met with the coordinator on day time, she told me they try to create an eco-friendly hotel, they are successful 👍✨👏 💯 As a dislike. Just one thing. none knows English except coordinator. Staff should speak at least two languages English , because hotel was fully booked but service was not good because of none understand me at hotel

The location is great for shopping and entertainment. Close to the beach but not on it. Towels are disgusting! They are worn down to the thread. Never had our room cleaned in three nights, never got new towels unless we went to the front desk and had to wait in a long line because everyone else needed them and others were checking in and only one person was at the front desk. The floors are filthy. Have certainly never been scrubbed. The furniture is so dirty. Nobody has ever wiped the high touch areas. The refrigerators are dirty and rusty. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. No top sheet. Mold and rust in the bathroom. The staff truly couldn’t care less after you sign the check in paperwork. Parking was great. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Have to pay for espresso from a pod. The hot tub was cloudy. Not good at all! Would not recommend!!

O atendimento no checkin foi muito bom. Como pontos positivos podemos listar a arquitetura e decoração do hotel e do quarto que é belíssima. A cama é boa e as dependências do quarto são ok para o preço que é cobrado. O melhor de tudo deste hotel é a localização. Praticamente dentro da Rua das Pedras. Saímos à noite e passeamos sempre andando, o que nos fez sentir seguros e não precisar pedir Uber à noite. Mas alguns pontos deixaram muito a desejar. O café da manhã é muito fraco para o preço da reserva. Poucas opções e os pães estavam sempre murchos e com aspecto de velho. Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é a limpeza do quarto/banheiro. Estivemos num quarto em que o banheiro parecia que não havia sido limpo, além do chuveiro estar totalmente sujo. Em linhas gerais, acredito que é um hotel “ok” para quem quer uma ótima localização (principalmente para a vida noturna), mas não espere muito (ou quase nada) das dependências e nem do café da manhã.
