"The property was beautiful. We stayed in a Master Suite and it was spacious and fairly private on the patio with a plunge pool and ocean view. The service was outstanding. The employees will remember you which makes it feel very welcoming. We had massages at the Spa and they were amazing. Looking forward to returning!"

"We selected this resort because it was out of the main downtown area and thought it would be a more relaxing resort to stay at. While there though there were 3-5 wedding parties that took over many parts of the resort. The beach was beautiful here and when the pool was calm it was very nice. The room we had smelled extremely musty/mildew and at one point we had water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. We were told by the staff that we could change rooms but only to a less than room from what we had. The restaurants on site are mediocre, but note that steak restaurant is not part of the all inclusive package and costs extra, so does some of the nice food in the other restaurants. "

"Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you "
