"Can’t wait to return to this resort. Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. Daughter has many allergies to food and chefs and options were wonderful and helpful. Rooms were nice we did opt to VIP walkout to pool and enjoyed it would do VIP again. VIP club was very nice to have and easy for food, playing pool and views. Adult poo was fun and the foam party was the best entertainment for sure, I vote more of those! Infinity pool/swim up bar was most popular and only con to it was that they didn’t have music playing at that pool only the main and adult. we meet many great people from all over US. Felt safe at hotel but would not wonder off unless going to a destination (dinner etc). Resort is beautiful, infinity pool could use some tile upgrade if I was being picky. We were with our adult children so not sure about kids area but sure looked like they were having fun and is away from the main pools. Rooms (swim out pool) did have a musty smell after being closed all day but sure about upper level view rooms. There are vendors on the beach selling things but there is a line they can not cross so they can not bother you unless you cross or want to buy something. Sports bar at night was the place to be, pool tables, DJs, karaoke etc. it seemed to be the place for the younger (18+) adults to be, we enjoyed it. can not talk about the service enough, everyone was so nice and helpful - stand outs - Manny (pool), Carlos (lobby/bell), Apollo (VIP), Marco (VIP club), Maria (chef"

"I had a fantastic stay at this resort—and I almost never leave reviews! We chose this hotel to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond. They surprised us by delivering a cake with a sparkler to our room and even sang happy birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! A special shoutout to the amazing room service team: Antony, Federico, and Sergio—thank you for making our stay so memorable! On our second-to-last day, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Agua Marina. The views were absolutely stunning, and our waiter, Rafael, was incredibly friendly. We had a great conversation with him about different cities in Mexico, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the spa. We were initially interested, but the prices felt a bit steep. That said, while we were relaxing by the pool, the spa team came around and offered complimentary 5-minute massages—and they were amazing!"
