"When we arrived at Hilton Memphis, we were told they were overbooked and did not have a room available for us, even after accepting our payment. Nor were we notified before arrival this was an issue. We were sent across the street to a Marriott property, who did not provide the amenities we paid for at the Hilton. No refunds offered, no transportation provided to new location, no breakfast included at the marriott that we paid for at the Hilton. Very disappointing."
