"I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcoming I received at stay at the casino. The registration was a great experience. I was assigned a room on floor 21 with a great view. The room was very large with all the amenities one could wish for. I received a free buffet and slot play when i signed up for a players card, plus a free drink coupon. The staff in the buffet were very attentive and friendly. I only played the slots but came out ahead. Overall a very positive experience. "

"The room was outdated. No microwave, stained carpets that looked like mud was tracked in, broken lamp, and very hot. The AC couldn’t even keep the room cool. The remote barely worked to the TV. There is no ice machine in the halls. The breakfast was the best thing about the stay but there was flies flying around my food due to the plants. The room looks nothing like the pictures. No walk-in shower and definitely not modern. The receptionist was really sweet 5/5. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend or go again. "

"This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!"

"Parking was easy and breakfast was good. There was no hot water in the mornings either morning. Learned to shower at night. There was a train that came by at 6:15 every morning."

"Great hotel that was well located in the city to explore and have fun. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms. It felt safe in the area and the rooms were quiet (well we were at the back of the property and they were). The rooftop bar was really great and the view of the bridge and Mississippi River was amazing. Pool was nice but the water was COLD. Nice seating areas around the pool. Was a great stay!"

"We really did enjoy our stay overall, but I want to leave some information that may be helpful. We would go back, but maybe when there is more happening at the resort. Pros: all staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, in-room jacuzzi was nice, we had plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room were a nice treat, the property is beautiful, restaurants have good food, environment is fun, parking is close, so many guests had dogs and that made us happy :) . Cons: Not happy about the $20 per day resort fee (I knew before I booked, I just don't understand why), in-room coffee was gross and the paper cups provided were flimsy, leaking faucets in the bathroom, dusty carpets around baseboards, service at restaurants was slow but good (could just be because we weren't there on peak days), The Lookout restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday so that was disappointing but our waiter was so nice, lookout glass decking was shattered in some places (eek!). Like I said, these cons are not enough to keep us from going back....it really is a neat place to stay!"
